UI Component: The web UI written in React and Bootstrap. (Not started yet) (led by @BrijeshBumrela)

Tentative Dates:
- 15 Jan 2020 : Phase 1 completion. (All basic functionality of backend APIs))
- 25 Jan 2020: Phase 2 completion (UI should be ready)
- 25 Feb 2020 : Testing and bug fixing should be complete
- 1 March 2020 : Deploy Website
